Building Community Capacity Workshop, "Financial Management and Budgeting for Nonprofit Organization



The Hilltop Alliance is hosting a no-cost Building Community Capacity Workshop, "Financial Management and Budgeting for Nonprofit Organizations", on October 19th from 5 - 8 p.m. at the Hilltop Alliance office, 126 Brownsville Road.

The workshop is geared toward those who are interested in, provide oversight or are responsible for their group's budget and finances. You will receive a seminar manual as a take away. You don't have to be from a 501(c)3 to attend as many of you may be from all volunteer groups who raise and spend funds. We hope you can join us as Cynthia Haines from HUD conducts this seminar. Please RSVP by October 14th using the registration form. Space is limited so register early.
 
Also watch for notice of an additional workshop - "Grant Proposal Writing" - to be held November 1 from 5 - 8 p.m.

The Hilltop Alliance has moved to a new office effective January 1st, 2011. We have moved from our office within the Neighborhood Employment Center on Warrington Ave to a more centralize office in Mount Oliver at 126 Brownsville Rd.
